There aren’t enough words to describe the service I am getting at Padlock Distributors. I am quite new at my position at Holy Trinity School, and I had quite a few issues but as soon as I called the company, Suzanne was always there to help me and solve any problem I had, if it’s a rush delivery, which was personally delivered to our school, or help with lock combinations, I know that I can always count on them. Most of the times I called, the phone was picked up by Suzanne and if I had to leave a message or send an e-mail, I was getting a call back almost right away. They provide the kind of service that you can count on and this is very important to us here at Holy Trinity School.
