I just want to give my feedback about our relation with you guys while we order your products. I have to say that Scott is always available and provides guidance and excellent customer service. He is the one looking after the product and even when the locks haven't had the best quality, he was able to provide the solution by replacing them with new ones. In the school environment, we appreciate the customer service we received to make keep our school and students up and running smooth in their everyday learning.
